Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OOTD Pick, provided by ForgeTech (Haikou) Co., Ltd. ("ForgeTech," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the OOTD Pick application.

OOTD Pick helps you build a digital wardrobe and receive weather-aware outfit recommendations. The app is designed without a ForgeTech-operated backend: your wardrobe content and recommendation history remain under your control on your device.

• Garment photos: photos you take or explicitly select for your wardrobe.
• Clothing metadata: names, categories, colors, layers, styles, and other details you confirm or edit.
• Recommendation information: prepared outfits, preferences, wear feedback, and recent-item history used to improve future suggestions on your device.
• Location for weather: your device location when you allow OOTD Pick to request local weather from Apple WeatherKit.
• Reminder settings: your local notification preference and reminder time.

ForgeTech does not receive these items through an OOTD Pick application server because no such server exists.

Garment images, wardrobe records, confirmed metadata, preferences, feedback, prepared recommendations, and reminder settings are stored locally in OOTD Pick's application container and used only for wardrobe and recommendation features.

OOTD Pick does not upload this content to ForgeTech, create a ForgeTech user account, or synchronize it through a ForgeTech cloud service.

• OOTD Pick accesses the camera only when you choose to photograph a garment and accesses photos only for images you choose to import.
• Selected images are processed on your device and are not transmitted to ForgeTech or third-party AI.
• You control selection and may revoke camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings.

When you request a weather-based recommendation, your device communicates directly with Apple WeatherKit using your location. ForgeTech does not receive, store, or maintain a history of that location.

Apple states that WeatherKit uses location only to provide forecasts, does not associate it with personally identifiable information, and does not track it between requests. See Apple WeatherKit for more information.

You may revoke location permission in iOS Settings. Weather-dependent features may then be unavailable or use already prepared information.

Apple Vision and Apple Foundation Models on supported devices isolate garments, prepare editable details, and help rank candidates; analysis is on-device.

No wardrobe image or database content goes to ForgeTech or third-party AI. Draft details are editable and saved only after your explicit confirmation.

Siri only receives an already prepared recommendation via Apple system integration; no live wardrobe, weather, or AI request runs from Siri.

Reminders you enable are scheduled locally. OOTD Pick does not use a ForgeTech push-notification server.

Apple platform services used by OOTD Pick include WeatherKit and, when you choose to use them, Photos, Siri, and notifications. Apple's terms and privacy practices govern Apple services.

OOTD Pick does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, third-party cloud storage, or third-party AI services.

ForgeTech does not receive or share your wardrobe content.

ForgeTech does not sell personal data, use your OOTD Pick content for advertising, track you across apps or websites, or create advertising profiles from your use of OOTD Pick.

Your content remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app, subject to Apple device backup and restore.

• You can delete individual wardrobe items inside OOTD Pick.
• Uninstalling OOTD Pick removes local app data, subject to iOS backup and restore.
• Because there is no server account, ForgeTech has no server-side wardrobe record to retrieve or delete.

You can manage or revoke camera, photo, location, Siri, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.

You can stop weather recommendations, disable reminders, delete wardrobe items, or uninstall OOTD Pick. Revoking a permission may disable its dependent feature, but it never uploads your local wardrobe.

OOTD Pick is not directed to children under 13. ForgeTech does not knowingly collect children's personal information through an OOTD Pick server.

If you believe a child has provided information to ForgeTech outside the app, please contact us using the details below.

Using a local app container and no ForgeTech server reduces privacy risk. You are responsible for securing your device, passcode, Apple Account, and backups.

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features or legal duties change. We will publish the revised page and update its Last Updated date, and provide notice of a material change where required.
